A unique cafe that combines all of these things can be found at Ole Sal's Cafe & Creamery. Ole Sal's Cafe & Creamery is set alongside the Erie Canal located at 410, Canal Place in Little Falls, on the 1st Floor of the Stone Mill Building.
Ole Sal's is famously known for their ice-cream and fresh brewed coffee. If you're looking for a bite to eat, they offer homemade soups, sandwiches and tasty desserts.
The perfect cafe would have comfy chairs and rows of books waiting to be read. Luckily, at Ole Sal's there are comfy chairs and no shortages of books.
Jilted Books offers new and used books, for book lovers of all ages. A vast selection of collectibles and figurines and TY Beanie Babies are available. This newly expanded boutique flows nicely with Linda Stivala's bookshop, Ganesvoort House Galleries.
Ganesvoort House Galleries sells new and used books with reading accessories, book lights, bookmarks and reading glasses. Linda is a tremendous supporter of local writers. She hosts books signings and meet and greets right at her boutique.
You don't need to be a booklover or a coffee addict to visit Ole Sal's! There are several other boutiques that will catch your eye.
Maria's Sewing, sells handmade items for babies and toddlers. Intricate and delicate detail goes into each of her creations from baby blankets, to pajamas, hats and mittens.

Lisa Monohan, Reiki Master and owner of the Rose Star will take care of all your metaphysical needs. There's an abundance of stones, hand mined Herkimer diamonds, sage, pendulums, scribing mirrors, jewelry, incense and tea reading kits.
Lisa also does private reiki sessions.

Rochette is located on the first of the Stone Mill building. Her beautiful, open and bright business showcases a number of artisan creations, from tea to aged syrup, pottery, bath soaks, handmade signs, handcrafted lamps, wish bracelets and dream catchers.

Dave's Trading Post has a mixture of old and new items, including collectibles, antiques, and household items. David Monohan, the owner of Dave's Trading Post handles estate buy-outs. If you don't know what to do with the contents of a home, a storage unit or a business Dave is the guy to call!
Curiosities & Oddities is a sister-run business. Home made paraffin and soy candles, room sprays and carpet deodorizers are made locally in Ilion, New York. There is a vast selection of wholesale and vintage jewelry, home decor, pre-loved books and gently used clothing.
In addition, the first Saturday of every month, Ole Sal's hosts Open Mic Night! From 6:30pm -9:00pm, their doors are open for those willing to share their musical talents or read aloud poetry to the public.
