John Krasinski to shoot film in historic Little Falls

You probably know John Krasinski best for his comedic role as Jim from The Office. Unbeknownst to a majority of the community, John Krasinksi was surveying the city of Little Falls on August 2nd, searching for a perfect place to film his next movie.

Accompanying Krasinksi on a walk throughout the historic city of Little Falls, was Mayor Mark Blask. Walking side by side, they ventured down Main Street and visited a few stores.

Krasinski is looking for the perfect location for a new movie he is directing and Little Falls has exactly what he's looking for.

On August 29th, Krasinski and about forty of his crew members returned to Little Falls, pinpointing which spots were ideal shots to use in the film.

Mayor Mark Blask took to Facebook to update the community about this amazing opportunity. "I am happy to say they will definitely be shooting here in October! The Paramount production "A Quiet Place," is scheduled to be released in April 2018."

This will be Krasinki's first time directing a movie.
